Refund & Return Policy

At Sally's Trunk, your happiness means everything to us. That’s why all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we’ll do our best to provide a resolution that makes you happy.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Please note: Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) charge non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% – 4.7%. These fees are deducted from your refund amount.

  • Example: PayPal charges a 4.5% fee. On a $125 order, the refund amount would be $114.60.

  • For transactions under $99, there is a flat $7.95 deduction per unit to cover processor fees.

Returns

Delivered in Good Condition

If your order arrives in good condition and on time but you would still like to return it, please contact us at admin@bdl.nyc within 72 hours of delivery.

  • After this period, we are unable to process returns.

  • A $7.95 handling and delivery fee will apply per returned unit.

Broken or Damaged Items

If any item arrives broken or damaged, please email a photo along with your order number to admin@bdl.nyc. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Cancellations

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. As soon as an order is placed, our team prepares it for the next courier pick-up.

  • We offer a 3-hour cancellation window after purchase.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed, as your order is likely already packed for shipment.

  • If the order cannot be canceled, you may return it once delivered (return policies apply).

Personalized Products

  • Orders with personalizations (names, dates, sign-offs, etc.) are non-returnable.

  • However, we may offer store credits or discounts up to 50% off for future purchases if an issue arises.

Customer Error Policy

Items cannot be returned due to customer errors (e.g., typos or incorrect personalization). Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
That said, our team will always do what we can to help make things right.

Holiday Season Policy

During the holiday rush, we work hard to ensure gifts arrive on time. However, due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays, delivery times may be impacted.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • We appreciate your understanding during these busy periods.
